Theme: The year of the snake – shedding & surrender
Release what no longer serves. Through ritual, energy activation, and sound, we peel away the layers of the year - outdated identities, old timelines, attachments - and return to essence. A closing ceremony for the year that was - and a sacred shedding before what’s to come.

Theme: The year of the horse – embody the transformation
Enter the new frequency. The horse carries the spirit of freedom, movement, and expansion - the first step of the new nine-year cycle (Year 1 in numerology). This is your invitation to anchor your visions through the body - to dance them into reality.

We recommend:
• Eat light, and finish your meal at least 3 hours before the session

• Hydrate well before and after
• Arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space
