From the moment you arrive, everything invites you to slow down — while still feeling inspired and taken care of. Each day follows a gentle but intentional rhythm, designed to create both relaxation and meaningful experiences.
Mornings with yoga and breathwork to awaken the body and clear the mind, followed by a nourishing brunch. Late mornings and early afternoons offer time to relax by the pool, enjoy the surroundings, or simply take a moment for yourself. Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided through a variety of sessions - from movement practices like pilates, dance and yoga, to more restorative or inspiring experiences such as face yoga, tarot and other carefully curated workshops.
One day, we step out into nature for a hike or outdoor experience, allowing you to connect more deeply with the island’s natural beauty.
Afternoons and evenings continue with a mix of activities, relaxation, and shared meals — creating a natural flow between doing and simply enjoying. In the evenings, we slow down with calming sessions such as meditation, yin yoga, sound healing, or gentle practices to help you fully unwind before rest.
There is always an open invitation (never pressure) to unplug from screens, allowing you to experience deeper presence, connection, and clarity.
